Product Support Manager

Job description

I am currently looking for a Product Support Manager for an amazing health charity on a 6 month FTC. This exciting and essential role will see you Project Manage the end to end operational requirements for the charity's up and coming appeal, ultimately to maximise income from the campaign.

Main duties:
To manage key internal and external suppliers to support the delivery of the Campaign.
To maintain a detailed operational understanding of the flagship fundraising campaign to ensure delivery reflects end-to-end implementation and supporter/volunteer experience.
To deliver technical briefing documents for external suppliers
To lead on key cross-team projects that sit within the operational plan.
Act as point of contact for all operational and process queries
Proactively identify opportunities for team improvements with respect to fulfilment reporting, analysis, 3rd party management and overarching processes and systems
To lead on Continuous Improvement projects
To prepare regular updates and milestone reports for fundraising project groups
To work with internal teams to assist in the delivery of fundraising campaigns and events ensuring that all are delivered on time, on budget and to brief.
To lead on the sign-off of technical solutions and own the user acceptance testing from a fundraising product perspective.
To work with other Fundraising Product Support Managers to share best practice and ensure a level of consistency between products and make recommendation for integration of processes where appropriate.
To assist with the annual budget setting and quarterly financial forecast
