Harris Hill are delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Challenge Events Manager with a well-known homelessness organisation.

This is an exciting time to be joining the national charity's successful events team, with plans for further growth and development throughout the portfolio.

Leading on the challenge events programme, your innovative and opportunistic approach will ensure the organisation reach their ambition to become partner charity for key challenge events across the nation. An experienced and strategic fundraiser, you will think critically and creatively about the portfolio and its objectives, in order to create maximum impact. Your strong and inspiring leadership will see you successfully manage and further develop 3 established Events Coordinators. Your sounds operational knowledge and interest in challenge events in the sector will ensure you hit the ground running, leading the team to further success.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

  • Demonstrable Events Fundraising experience
  • Solid line management experience
  • Product Development experience
  • Ability to set and manage budgets successfully
  • Extensive sector and challenge events knowledge
