A charity based in London are looking for London are looking for a Senior Data insight and Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Data Insight Analyst to join the newly created Data Insight function. As part of the Data Insight & Analysis team, you will play a key role in providing actionable insights through data deep-dive analysis to help to inform business decisions. You will support the organisation in advancing in its use of descriptive and predictive analytics to maximise the audience responsiveness and income generation.

Key responsibilities
Provide actionable insights through data deep-dive analysis to help to inform business decisions.

Gain good understanding of audience behavior through data to support the development of audience strategies and segmentation.

Develop statistical models where appropriate to maximise audience responsiveness and income generation. If applicable, augment analysis with information from other sources to provide greater insight.

Deliver excellent customer service by understanding requirements, managing expectations, gathering on feedback, communicating and negotiating effectively with all customers.

Person specification
Experience in a similar role or business environment

Proven experience of manipulating large data sets and data mining to provide meaningful insights to the benefit of the organisation.

You will have hands-on experience of various analytics software including Faststats, Alteryx, SPSS, R or equivalent.

Ability to interpret data and analysis results to generate actionable insights.

A working experience of CRM system such as Raiser's Edge in the charity sector would be advantageous too.

Apart from excellent analytical skills, you will have strong organisation, time management and problem solving abilities.
