Senior Innovations Manager

Job description

An opening for a Senior Innovations Manager has opened, covering the permanent recruitment period at a children's charity. The is potentially temp to perm for the right candidate.

Working in the Supporter Income and Impact Directorate you will work closely with fundraising, communications, partnerships and our beneficiary programme delivery departments to ensure delivery of a fast moving pipeline with a joined-up approach to innovation.

While the role will capacity build business as usual teams to deliver incremental change to the performance of the current portfolio, the focus of this role will be to build and test completely new propositions, aiming for the truly innovative, and at least, delivering completely new income and engagement lines for new supporters


Experience
Leading innovation, co-creation and change management
Proven experience of a new product development environment with an ability to demonstrate creativity, take calculated risks and innovation in thinking and practice.
Innovation pipeline management/delivery charity or commercial sector
Significant fundraising and/or commercial income generation
New proposition development
Project management
Social media marketing knowledge and testing
Budget management and financial modelling
Agency management
Digital build management
Qualitative Research
Creative facilitation/ideation

The day rate is around 210 per day on a PAYE basis. If you have a Ltd/ Umbrella company, they will go up to 270.
