Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator

Job description

I am excited to be working with a well-established children's charity in search of a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator.
Your role will be to support the delivery of work within the Talent Acquisition and Development team, you will provide planning, coordination, administration and reporting support to the team.

Main duties:
Actively Co-ordinate all end to end recruitment activities and assisting hiring managers in adhering to the recruitment procedures and managing candidates' correspondence.
Prepare appointments offer letters, contracts of employment within approved templates.
Provide administrative support for the learning delivery plan including training coordination; joining instructions; satisfaction survey and reporting.
Proactive in looking for ways to continuously improve administration processes, automation opportunities and self- service and provide reporting on key activities.
Ensure full compliance with pre and post offer employment checks and mandatory safeguarding compliance (DBS).
