In this high-impact role, you'll drive powerful narratives, campaigns, and events that champion consumer rights in the digital finance world.
You’ll manage the communications and production of global thought leadership and events, ensuring that outputs from the digital finance programme reach the regulators, consumer protection authorities, funders and global experts who can act on them.

Lead, Advocacy & Regulatory Engagement
£45,000 • Remote
In this newly created position, you'll play a lead role in one of the world’s most innovative global programmes on fair digital finance.
Working closely with consumer associations, regulators, policymakers and global partners in the digital finance ecosystem, and with a focus in low- and middle-income countries, you'll ensure that the voice of consumers informs digital finance reform.

Lead, Member Engagement
£40,000 - £50,000 • Remote
You'll be at the heart of building and deepening relationships with member organisations across the globe, delivering a clear and impactful member engagement strategy and leading on the design and delivery of inspiring events, campaigns, and global initiatives such as the Global Congress and World Consumer Rights Day.

Lead, Fundraising & Development
£40,000 - £50,000 • Full time, permanent • Remote
As the Lead, you will ensure there is a clear and robust strategy for Member engagement and outreach, and contribute to the development of a fundraising strategy that grows and diversifies income streams. You'll also lead the development of compelling proposals and grant applications, and be funders' primary point of contact within the organisation.
