Corporate Account Manager

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a large cancer research charity, in their search for two Account Managers. One is account managing a variety of partnerships and the other is a fixed term contract until July 2020.

This role sits within the Account Management team which raises 1.3m a year through a variety of long-term multi-faceted partnerships across a variety of sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for a personal portfolio of mid-range partnerships, each with multiple income streams and varying objectives.

As a senior day-to-day contact for partnerships the focus of this role will be on creating partnership development plans to increase income, engagement and to explore the strategic support partners could provide to the charity.

Although not formally line managing the two Account Officers in the team, this role will play a crucial role in supporting their development and engaging them on projects.

You will be someone with experience of providing first-class account management to multi-faceted corporate partnership, either from the charity or business side of a relationship. You will have strong experience of internal and external engagement, working closely with teams to deliver mutual goals with a focus on both immediate and long-term objectives.

As an experienced relationship manager, you will be able to communicate with a wide range of audiences using a variety of mediums, ensuring that all communications feel personal and relevant. You will also have strong project management skills and the ability to manage changing priorities at the same time as protecting and growing income.
