Development Assistant

Harris Hill are thrilled to be working in partnership with the Film and TV Charity in their search for a new Development Assistant to join their fundraising team. The Development Assistant supports all of the activities of the Fundraising team, providing administration assistance to colleagues and working on outreach and engagement projects to grow the fundraising pipeline.

A key objective is to build and improve relationships with individuals and organisations working in the film and TV industry so the role requires strong organisational skills and a creative and entrepreneurial nature. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a wide range of fundraising and outreach activities. We are looking for someone with compassion, and belief in the Charity's mission, who is confident to represent us in the industry.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the industry and might be looking for their first role out of university!

To be considered to apply you will:

  • Be a brilliant relationship builder as this role acts as a front facing representative for the charity
  • Self-motivation and able to take responsibility
  • Experience of working in an environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Be comfortable reporting to more than one person
  • Be flexible in your working approach
  • Understanding of how the film and/or television industry works

This role can be a mix of homeworking and office working. Their office is based near Piccadilly Circus. But if you do not live in London, please do not be put off applying.

Salary is £25,000 - £28,000
