Head of Endowment (Philanthropy)

Job description

Do you want to work for the UK's leading Philanthropy team in the charity sector? Do you have experience of working on large 6/7/8 figure major gifts? Do you have experience with endowment funds? This leading social mobility and young person charity are looking for a brand new Head of Endowment (Philanthropy).

This role is integral in raising over £40 million from a selection of endowment funds.

They are in the planning stages of a major £150m philanthropy campaign, a significant portion of which will launch a large Endowment Fund. This role will influence and fundraise principal giving donations with a transformational impact for young people across the UK each year and in the very long-term by, with the support of the Senior Head of Principal Giving and Director of Philanthropy, leading on the launch of the Endowment Fund.

If you have have experience with working on endowment funds or have secured significant 6/7/8 figure gifts then this role could be for you! It is a key role that works with the Chairman, DOF and the board of trustees.

If you are working in a higher education institution on 6/7 figures then this role will really suit you!

It pays between £40,000 - £48,000
