A brilliant mental health charity based in Essex is looking for their next Income Generation Lead. It is a brand-new role for the organisation, which will be leading the organisation through a new period of transformational growth. The role will be managing three fantastic fundraisers and helping create the strategy to keep fighting for mental health services and support across the Essex region.

Within this role you will be:
-Working on the fundraising strategy with the senior leadership team.
-Helping create KPI's with the Fundraising team.
-Creating strategy with the Digital and Communications Lead on cross team functions.

To be considered for this role:
- Experience of working on ideally mixed income streams
- Line management experience.
- Experience of working at the senior level and on strategy
