New Business Corporate Partnerships Officer

Job description

A beloved national children’s charity is in search of a New Business Corporate Partnerships Officer, and Harris Hill are delighted to be assisting them with their search. If you’re an ambitious, proactive, creative individual with strong new business and corporate fundraising experience, then we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will support the organisation to partner with some of the most lucrative brands and businesses in the UK. As the team is still fairly new, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build the role around you, with flexibility to play to your strengths and manage your own projects independently. The work will be varied, and you’ll work on some really strategic and multi-layered partnerships, so this role is perfect if you’re looking to put your creativity and fundraising skills to the test.

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • To have at least 2 years of experience bringing in new business and partnerships within a charity context. This role is not an account management one, but instead will focus on winning new multi-million pound partnerships.

  • To be confident, ambitious and a fantastic relationship builder – someone who is comfortable cultivating relationships with C-suite stakeholders from the ground up.

  • To be creative, empathetic and a brilliant story-teller – this organisation focuses on building long-term and meaningful partnerships, which are fostered over a long period of time.

This organisation is hugely supportive of its employees – they prioritise flexibility, wellbeing, and personal and professional development (many employees move on within the organisation swiftly.) The team are dynamic and hardworking but hugely friendly and supportive. This is the perfect opportunity to rapidly develop your charity experience in a collaborative, friendly and busy environment.

Salary: £26,388 - £33,301 p.a. plus Inner London Weighting of £3,366

Benefits: 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays, employee benefits and assistance programme, pension and life assurance schemes, employee discounts on over 3000 brands, + more!

Location: London, hybrid (flexibility depending on location)

Contract type: permanent, full time (35 hours per week)

Application: please submit your CV and cover letter to lucy.mcbride@harrishill.co.uk before 14th March 2024
