Philanthropy Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a beloved UK wide homelessness charity. They are looking for a brilliant Philanthropy Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who is wanting to work in an award winning team and to get their teeth stuck into a brilliant portfolio of donors.

It is a 1 year fixed term contract as the post holder is on secondment, however there is a likelihood of this role being made permanent. The Philanthropy Manager will be managing one person (no line management experience required) so is a great step up role for an Officer or Senior Executive who has been doing Philanthropy for over a year.

This role will be joining a well established and lovely team based across the UK. This role will allow you to develop your skill sets within Major Donor fundraising, as well as be supported where needed too.

If you are interested in applying, you will need experience in:

  • Ideally 1-2 years' worth of experience within Major Donor Fundraising, with clear examples of relationship's cultivated with donors or supporters.
  • If you don't have fundraising experience, you will need to have clear out of sector experience of relationships cultivated with clients, partners or high net worth individuals.
  • Being a brilliant relationship builder
