Harris Hill is delighted to be assisting one of the most well-known young people's charities in the UK, in finding their new Senior Business Development Manager.

The Business Development team sits within the wider Partnerships fundraising team and is responsible for developing sustainable and high value (and developing mid-level) new corporate partnerships that enable the charity to achieve its target of supporting vulnerable young people. The income target for the Business Development team in 2019/20 is circa 3m.

The main purpose of the role is to secure new income from corporations, their employees and their customers.

You will lead on developing strategic partnerships within the Financial Services sector. Securing six figure multi-year partnerships to support young people in realising their full potential.

You will need experience of developing high quality, creative presentations and proposals and partnership agreements.
