Are you a brilliant major donor fundraiser based in Scotland? Harris Hill are delighted to be working with beloved national charity that campaigns to end homelessness who are looking for a brand new Senior Philanthropy Manager to be based in the Edinburgh office/ home based. They are a hugely successful High Value Partnerships team who are growing. The team have ambitious plans to significantly grow income to over £3 million a year and they are looking for a proactive Senior Philanthropy Manager to play a pivotal role in their success, focusing on developing new six and seven figure relationships.

Over the last three years their philanthropy programme in Scotland has developed and there is now a solid foundation for this Senior Manager role to build on quickly. You will split your time between managing a warm portfolio of donors giving at five and six figure levels, building a pipeline of new relationships and engagement products to secure future growth, and providing inspiring, supportive line management to a Philanthropy Executive. The Executive role manages their own portfolio of donors across England and Scotland.

To be considered for this role:

  • Bring experience in soliciting five and six figure donations from high net worth individuals or working with high net worth clients in a private sector role. In sector experience is preferable.
  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a confident approach to donor management.
