Both the Head of Finance and the Head of People and Culture are home-based roles, however you will be expected to travel to the Trust’s communities and other relevant locations on occasion.

Head of Finance

£70,000 plus excellent staff benefits • Permanent, full time

This role provides an opportunity to develop a first-class finance function and really make a difference to the charity. This will include business partnering, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, commissioner negotiations, financial controls, developing the financial strategy and supporting the change agenda across the Trust.

As a direct report to a member of the Executive Management Team (EMT) and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be pivotal in delivering an ambitious transformation agenda.

Head of People and Culture

£65,000 plus excellent staff benefits • Permanent, full time

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, develop and inspire an HR team to deliver exceptional service that helps the Trust to achieve its aims and objectives.

The role will be pivotal in delivering our People Strategy and driving initiatives to ensure that the Trust is an employer of choice. The exciting agenda includes supporting us to move towards a green care model within the Trust, embedding our EDI initiatives, contributing to our wider employee value proposition and leading our talent management agenda.
