As one of our key recruiters, you’ll work directly with both our clients and candidates, building strong relationships and using your expertise and superb people skills to make placements that all parties are delighted with.
Typically you’ll take ownership of a particular specialist area, allowing you to become a real expert in your sector, knowing all of the best candidates working in your field and taking opportunities to develop and grow your business.
The biggest challenge for charity recruitment is finding great candidates, and that’s where our resourcing consultants, or resourcers for short, come in.
You’ll focus on sourcing new talent for one of our team’s array of roles, meeting and registering new applicants, honing your recruitment skills, and using advertising, networking, marketing and social media tools to find even more great people. Many of our resourcers go on to make great consultants but there are other career paths available too.
