A brilliant organisation are looking for a Corporate New Business Manager to join their team. You can be based at home, within the South West or London, with some expectation of occasional travel to the office. It is a great opportunity for someone who is great at bringing in new business. As a New Business Manager, you will be focussed on developing and growing our new business pipeline to help the team secure, and manage, high value, multi-faceted, long term partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, approaching and securing new business, ideally at six figure level.

You will provide excellent management and stewardship of your own pipeline, providing regular and accurate performance updates against new business objectives and KPIs, and accurately forecasting short, mid and long-term partnership income. You will help to drive creative thinking in the development of propositions to take out to prospective partners.

About you:
As well as a keen interest in the cause, you will have a proven track record in a fundraising or sales environment, along with demonstrable experience of developing innovative corporate pitches and a passion for, and significant experience of, securing new business. This role requires someone with outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, who is comfortable delivering stretching targets, working collaboratively with a wide range of teams, presenting, building networks and working with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who seeks to drive forward opportunities to maximise the benefit for the organisation. Previous experience working with a CRM system (ideally not essential), excellent verbal and written presentation skills, project management and organisation skills and experience working within a large complex charity would be advantageous.
