Harris Hill are delighted to working with a brilliant large national charity in their search for a brand new Philanthropy Manager. This role sits within the successful High Value Partnerships team and works closely with the Head of the team in securing gifts from HNWI.

This role is perfect for someone who is already in Major Donor fundraising, and is looking for that next step up. Ideally you will have experience of line managing (interns and Volunteers are fine too), and building successful and profitable relationships with major donors.

To be considered for this position you need to have experience off:

  • Proven experience of securing significant five figure donations from HNWI
  • Proven success of developing and maintaining effective donor relationships
  • Excellent stewardship and relationship management skills
  • Ability to produce consistently outstanding, high quality, imaginative and compelling proposals
