I am pleased to announce that one of the UK's leading children's charity is looking for someone to join their team as their Senior Partnerships Manager. Someone ideally from a corporate fundraising background or commercial background, however, please do get in touch too if you have fantastic relationships building skills too.

Key responsibilities
-Work closely with three fundraising boards where you will be working with high net worth individuals who work in variety of sectors. You will cultivate these relationships using a variety of fundraising techniques.
-Analyse new fundraising opportunities within specific markets. You will draw on connections from external supporters and their networks to create strategy to generate income.
-To line manage a Fundraiser.
-To identify, analyse, secure and deliver new fundraising partnership opportunities.

Person Specification
-Experience of creating and delivering new strategy, as well as success in generating high levels of income.
-Commercially minded; ability to apply commercial knowledge and understanding, specifically of the fashion, finance and art sectors, to fundraising partnerships.
-Knowledge of corporate social responsibility and individual philanthropic motivations.
-Ownership and accountability of a budget, as well as target driven.
