Why work with us?

Our working environment

We have a multi-award-winning home, in the Ortus building in Denmark Hill. We have hybrid working arrangements and ask that full-time members of the team, or those working a 4-day week, spend a minimum of 2 days per week in our office at the Ortus.

It is important to us to come together often, whether that’s to collaborate, be social, or get a change of scenery. The whole staff team comes together once at least once a month.

Situated a few minutes’ walk from Denmark Hill station, south London, the Ortus building is close to the Maudsley Hospital and Kings College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, both centres of world class excellence in the field of mental health and wellbeing.

The building is open to the public, hosting exhibitions, events and conferences, as well as being available for room hire.
