Digital Performance Advisor

Cardiff, Edinburgh, Warrington or London (Waterloo)

£41,783- £49,644 per annum (£46,666 - £54,527 in London) Hybrid 2 days per week in the office, 3 remote

​The Digital Performance Advisor will be the driving force behind understanding and improving our online performance.

​This is a specialist analyst role in which you'll be our resident subject matter expert in Google Analytics 4, with real responsibility for how GA4 is used, developed and embedded across the organisation. This is not a shared or junior analytics role — your expertise will shape best practice.

You'll need to be an experienced digital analyst with deep expertise in GA4, and your analysis will directly inform strategic decisions, helping colleagues across the organisation to understand users, test improvements and optimise digital experiences.

Digital Acquisition Advisor

Cardiff, Edinburgh, Warrington or London (Waterloo)

£45,732 per annum (£50,614 in London) Hybrid 2 days per week in the office, 3 remote

Leading the delivery of high-impact paid digital campaigns that grow the charity’s supporter base and generate income, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role with significant budgets, multiple campaigns and the freedom to test, learn and innovate. You’ll manage most activity in-house while working closely with agencies on larger campaigns, maintaining strong oversight and strategic direction.

We're looking for an experienced digital acquisition specialist with 3+ years’ experience running paid campaigns, within fundraising or a purpose-led organisation.

Web Optimisation Manager

Cardiff, Edinburgh, Warrington or London (Waterloo)

£44,056 per annum (£48,937 in London) Hybrid 2 days per week in the office, 3 remote

In this role, you'll lead insight-driven optimisation of user journeys, enhancing conversion rates, user experience and platform effectiveness in support of our fundraising and advocacy goals.

By combining your strong SEO leadership, CRO and UX expertise with advanced analytics, you'll identify performance issues, diagnose barriers to engagement, and deliver measurable improvements — always putting users first and aligning with Christian Aid’s values.

You'll need to be confident using data and insight to diagnose issues, test improvements and demonstrate impact — particularly in fundraising or purpose-led environments.
